The price applicable to the user is the price valid at the time the order is confirmed or the offer is accepted.

Business Excellence reserves the right to charge costs incurred due to late cancellation or non-attendance, where this has been agreed with the user in advance.

– the technical equipment required to participate in sessions.
Business Excellence is not responsible for interruptions caused by issues on the user’s side or their internet service provider.
